How can you help?

There are several ways that you can help The Caruso family:

1. Sign the Petition under BLOG! Write your Name and a quick message that you are in support of the U.S. granting Marcelo immediate re-entry to be with his family.

2. WRITE A LETTER         CLICK HERE to see a perfect example of a letter that we are going to use from Melanie's father. If you know Marcelo Caruso and/or Melanie Caruso, it would be very helpful if you could write a letter on their behalf.  This letter will be put into a file that the United States immigration will be reviewing.  You can handwrite the letter for a more personal effect or you can type it if that is easier for you. This is a letter that can be written stating how Marcelo and/or Melanie have impacted your life or why you feel Marcelo should be let back into the United States or even how Marcelo being deported has directly effected your life. You will want to include things such as: 1. What you think about Marcelo's moral character. 2. How he would add to his community.  If you need assistance with your letter, please email Melanie at amerentinagirl@hotmail.com PLEASE MAIL ALL LETTERS TO THE ADDRESS ON THE CONTACTS PAGE ATTENTION TO MELANIE CARUSO. PLEASE PUT YOUR FULL NAME AND PHONE NUMBER SO IF THE LETTER NEEDS TO BE AUTHENTICATED BY IMMIGRATION, THEY CAN VERIFY THAT YOU WROTE THE LETTER. 3. SIGN A PETITION                                                                                                                                                       If you would like to help by signing the petition, CLICK HERE to print out a petition that has spaces for many signatures. You can just sign it for you or you can have it signed by many people.  Once you have signed the petition, you can either scan it in and email it to Melanie at amerentinagirl@hotmail.com or you can mail it to the address listed in the Contacts portion of our website.

4. DONATE MONEY                                                                                                                                        It's going to cost money to file all the forms to get everything processed and Marcelo is currently unemployed (looking for work) and Melanie is working but has to support herself and two children.   If you want to give to the family to help them financially to file the forms and help bring their personal items back from Argentina to the United States, you can donate money.  You can make a check or money order payable to Melanie Caruso and mail it to the address in the contacts page.  Or you can donate with your debit or credit card by clicking on the Donate button below.  Any amount will help the family.
